The App allows users to securely view, edit, and cancel bookings. Once logged in, users may access booking reference numbers, charter dates and times, passenger or guest details, special requests or notes, payment status, and contracts or itinerary information. Booking information is accessible only within authenticated sessions, encrypted during transmission, and restricted through role‑based access controls for administrative users. Booking data is used solely to provide charter services and operational support.

For fleet operators and administrative users, we may process vessel or fleet specifications, availability schedules and pricing, passenger booking records, contracts and itineraries, financial records and General Ledger (GL) entries, and revenue reports and transaction history. For business accounts, Booking Pro Plus acts as a Data Processor, processing customer data on behalf of fleet operators.
